B.S. Bennett provide an effective lettings service and are long term members of the National Approved Lettings Scheme (NALS). We currently handle nearly 90 rentals, the vast majority of which are administrated by us from the moment we are approached by a prospective tenant, to the day they vacate a property. We are happy to assist whether the landlord wishes to manage a property themselves, or let us take the stress out of a let with full management.
